Flooring contractor serving Albuquerque, NM since 2022

Genesis Property Development was founded in 2022 with a straightforward goal: give New Mexico homeowners access to quality flooring work done right the first time. We started with a commitment to honest craftsmanship and a belief that every home deserves care and attention, no matter the size of the job.

We specialize in flooring and cabinet installation across a wide range of materials and styles. Whether you need hardwood floors installed, ceramic tile laid in a kitchen or bath, carpet fitted in a bedroom, or concrete polished to a clean finish, we handle the full scope of the project from prep to final walkthrough.

Beyond installation, we also offer floor repairs, refinishing, baseboard installation, and remodeling work. If your floors have seen better days or you want to give a room a fresh look, our team can assess what needs to be done and get to work without unnecessary delays.

We treat every home the way we would want our own treated. That means showing up on time, keeping the work area clean, and communicating with you throughout the process. Serving our community is not just a line we use — it shapes how we do business every single day.

From Albuquerque and Rio Rancho to Santa Fe, Taos, Farmington, and communities in between, we work across New Mexico. Our service area includes Los Lunas, Bernalillo, Ventana Ranch, Tijeras, Edgewood, Belen, Grants, Bosque Farms, Angel Fire, and Las Vegas, New Mexico. If you are in the region and need flooring work done well, we want to hear from you.
